Traditional Santomean dishes
In normal season (without covid) we are open daily and we serve the dish of the day between 12h and 13h. We invite you to call one hour before arriving in order to book.
With advance booking, we offer several traditional dishes for guests and visitors to the farm:
- Calúlu (12 €) (green leaves based)
- Feijoada moda da terra (12 €) (bean based)
- Molho no fogo (smoked fish) (12 €)
- Kizaka (cassava leaf sauce) (10 €)
- Cachopa (with corn) (12 €)
- Grilled fish with roasted breadfruit (10 €)
- Salted pork with breadfruit (12 €)
- Santola (giant sea crab) cooked with local spices (10 €)
- Sobo de matabala with micoco leaves (10 €)
- Giant crab mousse (12 euros per dose)
The menu includes dessert with local fruits.
